Basis of the project RapidCell is the development of a method of rapid detection of pathogens and tumor cells for use in clinical practice. The results of this research, which the RBI conducts in collaboration with the Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, should contribute to future rapid diagnosis by using the original method of biotypization and developing more effective diagnostics, which leads to reduced and selective use of antibiotics and timely treatment of tumors. It is an innovative method with commercial potential, which so far is not used anywhere in the world.
